A strong body is needed to support a healthy mind. Physical activities and labors should be done to keep the body in superior condition. The needs of the body should not be ignored, we are all sexual beings and have desires and needs that should be met so that we have balance, and our minds can stay clear.

Soul: When we have balance of mind and body we can harmonize our life essence or soul to be more attuned to the world around us, to hear the whisperings of Ibis in the world around us requires a perfect balance.
